What you'll learn
-
Understand muscles, joints, actions, attachments and relationships - and most importantly, why they matter when you're working with someone.
-
Learn practical assessments and develop a better eye for how the body moves, compensates and distributes motion.
-
Build a library of exercises and progressions while learning why you might choose one strategy over another.
-
Explore stretching, mobility and hands-on strategies and understand where they may fit into the bigger picture.
-
Watch Callan assess and work with real people. See what he notices, what he chooses, what happens next - and what he changes when something doesn't work.
-
Learn to connect the dots rather than memorise protocols. Anatomy gives you the framework; assessment gives you information; your job is to think.

Built from years of learning, testing and working with real bodies.
Bodyworkers University was created by Callan Krause from a simple idea: to build the education he wishes he had when he started.
After years spent studying movement, anatomy and corrective exercise, investing in mentorships and working hands-on with clients, Callan found that the biggest lessons rarely came from memorising more information. They came from learning how to think, question, assess and connect the dots.
Bodyworkers University brings those lessons together — including what worked, what didn't, and the ideas that have shaped the way Callan works today.
